Periodic Keyfail Alert Tone

Enables a periodic alert tone to sound whenever the radio's current channel has lost its secure encryption key, and when either of the following conditions is met:

When the current channel's Secure / Clear Strapping is set to "Secure".

Or

when the current channel's Secure / Clear Strapping is set to "Select" and the radio's Secure Tx Select button-press or Secure Tx Select, switch-toggle or Secure menu-selection is set to Secure mode (not clear).

When the Secure Operation field is set to "Hardware" or "Advanced Digital Privacy", and

when the radio is model / option capable.
